Ngarda People has been established in order to provide a highly specialised recruitment, training and labour hire service with a particular focus upon Indigenous training and employment aimed mainly at the resource sector.
The overall purpose of Ngarda People is primarily that of providing access and opportunity for Indigenous people wishing to pursue careers and work in the resource sector.
Ngarda People relies upon and further enhances the extensive Indigenous community, government and private sector networks and relationships that Ngarda Civil & Mining has developed over the past decade.
